The Carolina Future Racers Foundation helps young drivers transition from grassroots racing into Late Model competition. We provide equipment, coaching, and opportunities to help talented youth reach the NASCAR ranks.
OUR MISSION:
The Carolina Future Racers Foundation exists to identify underfunded, high-potential young drivers and give them a shot at moving up the racing ladder. We provide prepared cars, experienced crew chiefs, coaching, and race entries so talent - not money - decides who gets a chance
HOW WE BUILD THE NEXT GENERATION OF DRIVER
IDENTIFY TALENT
We look for young drivers who have the skill but not the funding to move up from karts or any grassroots divisions
PROVIDE CARS AND COACHING
We supply competitive Late Model equipment, crew chiefs, and hands on coaching to speed up their development.
CREATE REAL OPPORTUNITIES
We put drivers in real races at tracks like our home track, Hickory Motor Speedway, so they can prove themselves against top competition.

Jaxon Lash didnt grow up racing karts or Bandoleros. His father spent years on a NASCAR pit crew, giving Jaxon a front row look at the sport - but he had zero driving experience of his own until his teens.
Through the same development model we now use for our foundation drivers - structured coaching, data review, and access to prepared equipment - Jaxon went from never driving a race car to running competitive laps against experienced drivers faster than anyone expected.

Fall Brawl Podium on his First Start
Levi Ballseiper had real talent but lacked the funding to move into Late Models. With support from the Carolina Future Racers Foundation, he entered the Fall Brawl at Hickory Motor Speedway - one of the toughest Limited Late Model races of the year.
In his first ever start in the division, Levi finished 2nd, battling with drivers who had years more experience and financial backing.
